At a place like this, we need to take this moment and put into our DNA a collaborative tool to help everybody build their organizations and how they fit into your organization,” says Costa. As you work through the challenge, other organizations can begin by working directly with you to understand your organization, the place in which you work, and how to support your organization’s needs. For instance, if you are working with corporate technology, you can be involved in several different projects. “At this point in time you can start seeing how to begin to build a new understanding of a new kind of organization. You need to understand what people in their organizations think about you and how you can promote what you do and then build this kind of support system,” says Costa.
